About Romco Builders
Romco Builders, the company behind this site
Romco Commercial Painting is a line of work of Romco Builders, a licensed Florida general contractor founded in 2015, with its office in Fort Lauderdale.
Romco is a construction company, and it treats a repaint as a small construction job: a written scope, access equipment, safety, sequencing around the people in the building, inspections and a closeout walk.
We quote commercial painting for any building type at any size in Martin County, from a single suite in Stuart to every building in a villa community. The quote is built from the building: what its surfaces are made of, how worn they are, the access each side needs, and the color rules for that address.
Romco is not in the hospital, school, hotel or airport business. It quotes painting on those buildings, and these pages describe how that work is organized, not who it was done for.

What this site will and will not claim
- Romco Builders is a licensed Florida general contractor; license details are provided with a quote on request.
- There are no published rates. Our quotes come from a site visit, your photos or the plans.
- No completion dates are promised. Rain, board votes, color approvals, airport access and inspections sit outside any contractor's control, so you get the order of work and its dependencies.
- No paint brands, coating warranties or certifications are named here. The written scope names the coating system for your building.
